Projects move forward when the goal, technical decisions and next delivery stay clear. That's the thread I keep from the first idea through launch.

How I work

A clear path from brief to launch

From the first conversation to launch, every step is clear and reviewable.

  1. First conversation

You share the context, goal and what already exists. We check together whether the work fits my scope.

    → A clear first assessment.

  2. Scope and estimate

We define what needs to ship now and what can wait. The engagement is shaped around that scope.

→ You know what is included before we start.

  3. A first testable step

I start with a piece you can open, test and comment on. That gives us something concrete to refine.

→ A first delivery that helps decide what comes next.

  4. Development

Work is delivered in clear, manageable steps. You can follow the decisions and give feedback at the right time.

→ A feature you can use and understand.

  5. Launch, then what's next

I launch the approved work and address anything blocking the project. Support can stop there or continue as needed.

→ A delivered project, ready for its next step.

FAQ

Questions worth answering before we start

Straight answers about the process, scope and first step.

Can one developer handle the work?
Answer

For a clearly scoped project, yes. You work directly with the person building the product, without having to repeat context across several people. If the project needs a larger team, I will say so during scoping.

How do you estimate the budget?
Answer

Once I understand the need, I suggest a suitable scope and format: a defined first step or a broader engagement. You know what is included before deciding.

Can we start with a small step?
Answer

Yes. We pick a specific need, make it concrete, and then you can decide what comes next with better visibility.

Can you take over an existing project?
Answer

Yes. I can first understand the codebase, reproduce an issue, fix a feature or get the deployment back in order without starting from scratch.

What happens after launch?
Answer

We check that the delivery meets the agreed need. Then you can continue independently, ask me to build the next improvement or arrange occasional support.

What technologies and locations do you work with?
Answer

I mainly work with Next.js and React on the front end, Vue.js for some dashboards, NestJS for APIs and Ionic for mobile apps, with Docker for containerization. I am based in Lille, France, and work remotely across France, whether you need focused front-end development or full application design and development.

A few lines about the context, goal and what already exists are enough. We can then identify a clear first step.
